If you're having trouble logging into your VeePN account, there could be several reasons. Use this guide to troubleshoot depending on your account type:
Email Authorization
For accounts created via our website:
Check Error Messages: Follow any instructions displayed in the error text.
Verify Credentials: Double-check your email and password for typos. If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the password recovery process to receive a reset link via email.
Try Different Browsers or Devices: Switching browsers, using a different device, or opening an incognito/private window for browser extensions can help.
Change Network Method: Geo-blocks or network restrictions can cause login problems.
If none of these steps work, contact our support team for assistance.
Apple ID Authorization
Accounts using Apple ID may not be supported on all platforms. If you need to use your account on a platform that doesn’t support Apple ID login, contact our support team to update your login method.
💡 Note: For Apple ID accounts, check which ID was used: Settings > [Your Name] > Sign in with Apple. If “Hide My Email” was enabled, look for private relay emails ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com.
Guest Account
Subscriptions purchased via iOS or Android apps may create a guest account that is not linked to your email. To use your subscription on multiple devices, create a regular account through the app settings and link your subscription to it.
If issues persist, contact our support team and provide your User ID, visible in the app under Settings → Account.
