This guide will help you get started with VeePN on your Edge browser, so you can enjoy secure and unrestricted internet access. To get started with VeePN:
Use VeePN for Free or Explore Subscription Options
You can use a limited number of servers for free, or start by purchasing a VeePN subscription that fits your needs to access all servers and premium features.
Download VeePN Extension for Edge
Open the VeePN extension page in the Microsoft Store from our website and click Get
In the pop-up window, confirm the installation by clicking Add Extension.
- Click the Puzzle icon located to the right of your browser address bar and select the VeePN extension from the list.
💡 Tip: For easier access, pin the VeePN extension to your browser toolbar by clicking the Puzzle icon and then the pin button.
Log In To Your Account
Open the VeePN Extension in your browser.
Click My Account in the bottom-left corner of the extension interface.
Enter your email and password.
If you don’t have an account yet, click Sign Up at the bottom to create one.
💡 Note: Logging in is optional. You can use the VeePN extension for free without an account, though some features will be limited.
Choose Location and Connect to VPN
On the main screen, tap the location section below the Connect button.
Select your preferred server from the list, including Streaming Optimized servers if needed.
Tap Connect to establish the VPN connection. When connected, the Connect button will turn green and the status will change to Connected.
💡 Tip: To disconnect, tap Connect again. The button will turn white and the status will change to VPN is OFF.
🚩 Important: The number of devices you can connect depends on your subscription plan. If you reach the limit, you’ll be prompted to disconnect a device or upgrade your plan.
Manage Settings
Adjusting the extension settings allows you to customize how VeePN works in your browser. These options are optional and can be configured based on your preferences.
General Settings
Allow Desktop Notifications – Receive notifications from the VeePN extension.
Language – Choose your preferred language for the extension interface.
Dark Mode – Toggle between dark and light interface modes.
Incognito Mode – Enable VeePN to work in private/incognito browser windows.
Connection Settings
Auto-Connect – Automatically connect VeePN when the browser starts.
Bypass List – Add websites that will bypass the VPN connection when VeePN is active.
Security Settings
Block WebRTC IP Detection – Prevent websites from detecting your real IP address through WebRTC leaks.
Additional Features
Ad Block – Stop unwanted advertisements while browsing, enhancing your online experience and security.
