Change Account Email
To update the email linked to your VeePN account or subscription, please do the following:

Log in to your VeePN account on the website.

Go to “My Billing” tab.

Click “Change email” button.

Enter your new email address and password, then click “Continue”.

Our system will send a link with confirmation of the email change. Open your mailbox, open the email with the subject "Your VeePN email has been updated" and click “Confirm Email Change” button.
- Congratulations! Now you can use your new email address to log into your account.
💡Note:
- If you don’t receive the email, refer to If You Didn’t Receive a Reset Password Email?
- The link will be available within 24 hours.
- If you need any assistance, contact our support team using your current registered email address and provide your purchase confirmation.
Change Login Method
If you signed up using Apple ID or Google and want to switch to another login method (e.g., email/password), our support team can help link your account to the new login while keeping your subscription and settings intact.
💡Note:
- Changing login method to email/password will render logging in via “Restore” not possible anymore.
- Changing your email or login method does not affect your subscription period or renewal date.
- Always use the email associated with your account when requesting changes to ensure secure verification.
