In order to reset your VeePN account password, follow these steps:
- Follow the link and type your registered email address. Then choose “Reset Password”.
- Look for an email with further instructions. If you haven't received an e-mail, please, refer to the article If You Didn’t Receive an Email?
- Click the “Reset Password” button in the email.
- Enter your new password in the blank field. Select “Set New Password”.
Note: This process can only be done on the VeePN website and is not available through the VeePN app.
